My Experience With Yoni Eggs

As I am typing this, I happen to be wearing the Black Obsidian Yoni Egg. Recently purchased, I cleansed my drilled Obsidian Yoni Egg with boiled water and a bit of apple cider vinegar. Inserting these Yoni Eggs into the womb are completely harmless and offers physical and metaphysical benefits to the female body. Yoni Eggs are crystals (earth rocks) shaped into eggs, that are weighted. Benefits of Yoni Eggs are strengthing the pelvic floor, developing control over muscles in the vagina, better orgasms, increased sensitivity, decreased pain during cycle, moist vagina, provides strength and tightness back to vagina after childbirth, and drilled yoni eggs help with kegels; measure strength and control with organic hemp string, or any other safe string such as unflavored floss. We can't forget the metaphysical properties that crystals provide. These properties are amplified when inserted into the vagina and offers a cleansing effect. It's important to purchase Yoni Eggs from a safe source, and please use at your own discretion. If it doesn't feel safe to you, don't do it.

My Rose Quartz Yoni Egg was the first that I purchased in a medium size. Yoni Eggs come in small, for advanced practices, medium, and large. I was very afraid of inserting the egg and thought that I would feel pain and discomfort. I was one of the many ladies who thought it would get stuck inside of me. While wearing my egg, I felt especially vulnerable, even more sensitive than I usually am, emotionally open, gently stimulated, and not afraid to show love. The Rose Quartz stayed in for a day and a half. Most likely it was because of the tension I felt from being a beginner, another reason it could have stayed in for a day and a half without coming out is because I needed the healing that Rose Quartz had to provide. I needed that egg's energy more than anything. The realization of the power of self love, loving others despite their flaws, becoming more intelligent about who I love, heart healing, trauma healing, and the soothing and compassionate emissions from this stone was exactly what I needed. The egg slips out gently in a squat position or while using the restroom. You can feel the egg emerging so you are able to catch it before it slips into the toilet. Each time I wore the Rose Quartz, it stayed in for the same amount of time. I figured there is more healing to be done, then I can get started on the exercises when I feel more at ease.

The Black Obsidian stone gave me a feeling of joy. This is the opposite of what I usually hear from other ladies who experience the Black Obsidian Egg. Black Obsidian brings problems, and pain to the surface so that it can be dissipated. It has strong cleansing properties and is very protective to the sensitive. Some peope rather use Snowflake Obsidian because it is slower and gentler with the healing process. My Obsidian stayed in for a couple of hours and came out on the same day. It is a medium drilled egg and a bit smaller and lighter than the Rose Quartz. I purchased a drilled egg so that I could really practice my kegels in the future. My Obsidian Egg was packaged with organic hemp string, which I thought was a very nice gift. I didn't want to go out trying to find the proper string for my egg. Some reasons I believe I responded so well to the Black Obsidian is because I have separate Obsidian crystals that I sleep with under my pillow every night. I receive a very deep and restful sleep, so much sometimes that I don't want to get up in the morning (lol). My energy is not new to the Obsidian so I believe the egg was working more on my inner strength and protection. Plenty of women use these two eggs interchangeably because the Obsidian is most used to take away, and the Rose Quartz gives back. I definitely plan on giving more Yoni Eggs a try.

Note: Purchased Rose Quartz from yonieggs.com and Black Obsidian from gracefulempowerment.com. Both places are satisfactory in my book. Please do your own research before using Yoni Eggs.
