Knowing Your Self Worth

Currently I am writing this in order to transition into a much needed healing process. Relationships can be difficult for everyone but we tend to have relationships full of negativity when we don't place a high value on ourselves. Yes! relationships of any type can help you to understand who you are on a deeper level, and you may not always like what you realize about yourself. Everything can be a learning experience, but you can only learn when you separate from those negative and volatile relationships that can cause depression, lower self esteem, and feelings of no control.

Jumping from one romantic relationship to another is most likely not going to work in your favor. Time must pass before you start to determine what you want and what you dont want in the next relationship, not to mention healing time is needed. This would be the time to sit back and think on all relations. Sometimes we feel as though we must have a direct positive role model in our lives in order to understand what a positive relationship should look like, that is not always true. We can go off of our own negative and positive experiences in order to realize what we want and deserve in a relationship. The top seller is to have so much love for self that it would feel like nothing to have someone leave who wasn't a part of the happiness and prosperity that you seek in your own life.

Of course this self love is easier said than done, and I admit this is something that we all have to work on, one day at a time. Staying positive and protecting our aura in order to grow individually is the best things we can do for ourselves. Knowing your self worth can filter the negative thoughts that tend to bombard our minds. Filling our body with positive aspirations, and self loving thoughts is the greatest form of mental hygiene. It is the time to take control of your own happiness. Go gently on yourself.
